Auragen was created as an alcohol-free adaptogen beverage designed to sit naturally within social settings — offering balance and functionality without sacrificing experience.

Underdogs partnered with the founders to build the brand from the ground up.

This wasn’t a refresh. It was creation.

DEFINING THE IDENTITY

We led the development of the brand identity system — shaping how Auragen would be perceived in a category that blends wellness, lifestyle, and beverage culture.

The identity needed to feel:

  • Sophisticated but not sterile


  • Functional but not clinical


  • Social but not alcohol-adjacent


From logo development to typography, color system, and visual direction, the goal was to position Auragen confidently within the emerging non-alcoholic beverage space.

DESIGNING FOR SHELF PRESENCE

Packaging was central to the brand’s success.

In a beverage category driven by impulse and visual appeal, the packaging needed to stand on its own.

We developed packaging that balanced clarity and restraint — ensuring the product communicated purpose without overloading the consumer with claims.

The final system was designed to work across retail, DTC, and promotional environments.

CAPTURING THE BRAND VISUALLY

Photography and video production were developed to reinforce the brand’s positioning.

The visual direction emphasized lifestyle integration — showing the product within real environments rather than staged wellness tropes.

Assets were built to support launch marketing, digital presence, and future paid initiatives.

Launching With Intention

Underdogs led website development and launch strategy to ensure Auragen entered the market with a complete, cohesive presence.

The site was designed to clearly communicate product benefits, brand philosophy, and purchasing pathways without friction.

Launch creative and digital rollout were aligned to create early momentum and brand clarity.

Auragen launched with a defined identity, cohesive packaging system, and structured digital foundation.

Rather than entering the alcohol-free space as a niche alternative, the brand entered positioned as a modern ritual product built for contemporary consumers.
