Brand Strategy / Logo & Identity Development / Environmental Aesthetic Direction

Sora was developed as an intentional hospitality concept — not just a sushi restaurant, but an experience built around precision, restraint, and atmosphere.
Underdogs led the brand development from the ground up, beginning with logo creation, color palette, and a structured brand guide to ensure consistency across physical and digital environments.
The identity was designed to feel clean and deliberate, with a distinct visual tone that could extend naturally into interiors, packaging, and marketing.

The brand did not stop at graphics.
Underdogs coordinated murals across the venue, helping shape the physical environment and ensure the interior design aligned with the visual identity.
Color, texture, and layout were considered as part of a cohesive aesthetic direction.
The goal was alignment — so that the space, the brand, and the experience felt unified rather than assembled.

When in-person dining halted, Sora pivoted quickly.
Underdogs developed the Sora Box concept — a signature pink takeout box that became instantly recognizable.
The packaging wasn’t an afterthought. It became part of the brand.
The Sora Box allowed the restaurant to maintain identity and visual presence even when guests couldn’t dine inside.
It extended the experience beyond the venue.
Sora represents founder-level brand building.
It demonstrates Underdogs’ ability to:
Develop hospitality brands from concept to execution
Align physical space with visual identity
Create packaging that becomes part of the brand narrative
Adapt strategically in moments of disruption
Sora is not just a restaurant.
It is a fully built brand system operating inside a hospitality environment.
