When Forbes 30 Under 30 came to Cleveland, Underdogs was entrusted with producing the official afterparty. The venue — Marble Room — was fully bought out and transformed into a private, invite-only experience designed for founders, executives, artists, and civic leadership.
This wasn’t just about throwing a party. It required operating at a level where execution, security, timing, and guest experience all had to align seamlessly.
The guest list included Machine Gun Kelly, Halsey, Tee Grizzley, Mayor Justin Bibb, Denzel Ward, Greg Newsome, Sherry Phillips (CRO of Forbes), JP Nauseef (CEO of JobsOhio), and more than a dozen Forbes 30 Under 30 honorees, along with additional founders and executives.
Bringing that mix of entertainment, business, and civic leadership into one controlled environment required deliberate planning and careful orchestration.
Underdogs handled the full scope of the experience:
Venue coordination and buyout
Sponsorship alignment
Invite strategy and guest management
PR and influencer integration
Decor direction and atmosphere design
On-site showrunning
From door management to pacing, every detail was intentional. The goal was to create an environment that felt elevated without feeling forced — a space where high-level conversations could happen naturally.
The afterparty became one of the defining moments of the Forbes 30 Under 30 weekend in Cleveland.
It demonstrated Underdogs’ ability to execute experiential marketing in high-profile environments where expectations are high and mistakes are not an option.
When the room matters, control matters.
